Having completed my licensing and certification in September of 2015, I’m newer to the insurance industry than some of my colleagues, but my 15+ years of customer service experience helps fill in any gaps and gives me a great background to contribute to this team. I love being able to help our customers make those important, sometimes life-changing decisions in part by making sure they have accurate information and can then make educated choices. Helping others is very important and rewarding to me and I get to do that every day in the world of insurance. My family came from Cuba to New York, where I was born in the early 70s. Thankfully they later opted for the sunny southeast coast of Florida where I was raised and later married and started a family of my own. Now on the southwest coast of Florida, my weekends are family time! Anything that I can do with my husband, children, or grandchildren is what I enjoy most. Movies and the theater are two of my favorite things to do as well. Through my church, I have been able to volunteer in the community and assist in food and clothing drives. Nothing is more gratifying than reaching out and helping those less fortunate.
